Perma spray is a broken but fun concept.
I like the idea I *think* you’re aiming for here though- a claw-machine type buyable that is like a mystery box but only grants tactical/one time use niche items.
I could see it fitting into a game like Cold War pretty well.
I’m picturing something like those machines you see at grocery stores where they spit out a little plastic egg with a trinket inside.
