Put a sheet of aluminum foil on the top of your PC case to prevent the cat from laying on it. Most (not all) cats tend to hate the sound and texture of it, and will completely avoid it.
Buy and put a OLED TV 42 inch on the top of your main monitor and buy a PS5 after that.

Get a larger mousepad that your keyboard and mouse can lay on. It will look better. And for me I prefer it then having a small mousepad just for my mouse. But it’s not needed.
Run a light strip on the corner of the wall on the right too, Would be cool ambient lighting
Monitor mount arms whether you want to do dual or singles or however, throw the stuff behind them in a drawer or something and suddenly you have an entire empty desk to use
Also if you’re feeling it you could get a desk mic and mount it and a nice amp/dac combo with nice studio grade headphones but that’s personal preference over a headset and just subjective
Finally someone has a chair
Why are your monitors placed like that. One angle up and the other straight.Maybe you should try a more comfortable setup to help your neck.Also not sure if you are tall but that leg space would definitely hurt my legs.
Dual monitor arm, a good desk pad, spending some time on cable management, and maybe better lights.
