It’s called Metabolist architecture and unfortunately this building no longer exists. I am glad I was able to see it while it did…although only from the outside. IIRC, it blends into the city more than you would assume and is kind of next to an overpass.

The capsule tower is relatively unique in that aspect. Only this one exists and it was almost demolished in i think the 90s or early naughties.
