I did some googling of this perk, as I was interested in it for my current build but I saw that there have been several issues related to it and from what I have read, I’m not sure if those issues have been solved or not in the current game version.
Also, I was able to find [a fairly recent post](https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/15r4kx9/datamine_virtuoso_and_looting_quickhacks/), from about a month ago, where a user recommends downloading [this mod](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/6841) to prevent losing the ability to acquire quickhacks from access points.
If someone could confirm for me what the situation is with the park and if I do need this mod fix, I would appreciate it.
