What kind of insane hipfire build is this?
I would guess, it has to do with how cross hair works by default. Normally, it floats a little bit as your gun moves. You can turn this off, but it doesn’t seem to affect how the gun shoots. So the hitmarkers appear where the “floating crosshair” would normally be.
