Don’t see many sniping clips on here, do we think one shot snipers are in a good place?

  1. Yea, especially on Mazrah right now I wouldn’t use anything else. It feels like such a disadvantage not to have one.

Its a 1x scope meta because of visual recoil, and the random jitter/bloom they’ve got makes it very difficult even with perfect recoil control to actually fry people after a certain distance.

Unless someone is standing in the open the effective consistent killing range of an AR is like 60m. Anything more than that and its easy to duck behind cover before you can kill them.

Snipers are basically top tier past 60m. And there’s no downsides to running one with how versatile and strong the sniper support options are atm (chimera/74u/Advancer/m13c/bas etc).

I can use the advancer at basically all ranges that main ARs are used but also have it for close range.

Not to mention the overall power in teammplay it brings.

If you’re good at sniping, you basically start off every teamfight a man up.

Stopped playing warzone when WZ2 came out because you couldn’t one shot snipe (amongst may other reasons). Been out the loop, are 1 shot snipers back? If so what’s the load out? Maybe I’ll hop back on. Nice clip

I think having to run explosive ammo is annoying, personally likes where they were at the end of WZ1. But I think they’re still really good

I just wish explosive rounds didn’t destroy the bullet velocity so much

Personally I think they’ve ruined sniping in Warzone. 1 shot downs were in a great place at the end of WZ1, putting a range on each weapon in order to actually get a 1 shot down was the best balance IMO.

If you play the small maps yes, otherwise no. Explosive ammo has zero velocity
