Probably wrong, but my theory is when you’re in the water the character isn’t vertical as they are on dry land. So if you’re picking up what I’m putting down, he shot your legs

He was shooting your feet and ass. Just cause your heads in cover at that angle. Doesnt mean your legs are :’)
