Damn, as much as the tech is… interesting (I guess?), personally, it feels like this is super unnecessary and does nothing that a regular paper style or tablet style menu could not do. Why would I, as a guest, need something like this?

Also, it has to be very dark to actually see the menu. And from a few of the shots it’s just forced perspective. There is some trickery going on when it rotates. Still seems like a waste of tech for a menu, maybe something more like the food in the window and it could change based upon who’s looking and have the 3d effect, but if multiple people look, it would be wonky.
