They answered it during the QA as someone asked that. They are mostly going to shift to Polaris, and some are going to be left supporting Phantom Liberty with some patches.

Good example probably will be Bethesda with Starfield and Tes 6
A.k.a they will do witcher and then next cyberpunk game.
