Maybe you can tie the cables down for a cleaner look. And it looks kinda boring, you need some aesthetics
Clean your mousepad
Mount those monitors on an arm or gimbal
Mount the monitors on an arm or multiple arms.
Perhaps a desk plant or two; like a plant sitting atop the PC.
Maybe some wall art to customize the corner and make it feel less sterile.
To me it kind of is the perfect situation to have the bigger monitor mounted on the bottom, and the smaller on top, (presuming the smaller monitor is better), you could get a mount that allows you to pull the smaller monitor over the bottom one. TechSource did something similar and it looks really clean.
