I’m usually playing DMZ too, so I lose all my progress and gear when it happens during a game. It has happened on all modes, even during the campaign. I play on Xbox Series X. I’m begging for a fix.

My buddy had to call Activision when this happened to him means your account got hacked and someone else is using it and probably got you banned
