There was casino as a place of one quest mentioned by people who already played the game on events, so I hope this is the place. Also, devs mentioned the casino being in game, but it was dogtown casino. There are still suspiciously empty places on Night City map.

No, this place is located in North Oak, in the other side of the city. Dog Town is in Pacifica. Also, this location is as big as Dog Town and I doubt they developed another area as large as Dog Town without mentioning anything about it.
My guess is that this was supposed to be the location of the 2nd expansion that was canceled.

Wtf, I’ve spent over 150+ hrs in this game and I’ve never noticed a casino before. Does the place light up at night in the game as well or is that just concept art.
