So for context, i just started a new run to get ready for Phantom Liberty. I just did the side job “A Day in the Life” directly east in Santo Domingo, and theres this really cool looking street vendor for clothes here!! Irl, i love wearing long skirts and gothic clothing, and her outfit is so killer i dont care if its impractical for V. Does anyone know if clothes like these are obtainable?? She isnt selling anything like it in her inventory, and this is the first time ive ever seen a skirt like that before!! I also hope that we somehow maybe get to wear necklaces and chokers, im sooo jealous of all these NPCS wearing jewlery (MISTY!!!) but V cant :[[

Other end if tge spectrum, I want the double sholder holsters and garish colored pistols many claws wear (but never draw in a fight, so they are obs just accessories)
Its so crazy NPCs can be so much better dressed than us in a game with so much clothing!

No but you can buy the closest thing to sexy clothes from her specifically, she’ll sell bras and short shorts and stuff while every other vendor just sells basic stuff
I made a similar post about this outfit last year. Sadly there don’t seem to be any long skirts in the game.
