Here me out, SCP zombies. Effectively just the same thing as zombies but various anamolies will be causing the outbreaks, you’ll play as a part of a specialized task force designed specifically to deal with and contain zombie and zombie like entity outbreaks called the inmortui (Latin for undead) and the EE’s all resolve around you finding the cause, a method of containment, and finding a way to cover up these anamolies. I know this is kind of unrealistic, but I think the amount of freedom and creativity we could see Treyarch implement with this idea is unparalleled, because each outbreak will be caused by different anamolies meaning each map can have completely new and unique zombie designs, mechanics, mini bosses, and and environments without any real restrictions. I don’t know, it’s just an idea.
Thought about this before for sure! I would either want them to finish chaos and aether maps (basically re do Black ops 4 but with their original plan and more dev time)
That, or do something like Vicits crew, when blops2 came out i distinctly remember enjoying the new crew. I Know they were DESPISED at the time but at the time it was a big shift not knowing if ultimis were coming back ever. But now we’ve kind of completed the journey, a new group of personalities would be welcomed i think.
