This game has been out nearly for a year, and this isn’t fixed, could it be a problem on my end?

The listed “fix” is to set voice chat to “party only” but it never fixed anything for me until I built an entirely new Pc.

This usually happens to me when steam is doing an update. Usually that’s at like 6pm est on a Tuesday though

If you have steam logged in for let’s say 2 hours without playing then play MW2 this tends to happen.
What you do to prevent this is before you start MW2 move steam to offline in the drop down menu,,,then back to online mode. THEN start MW2. This has eliminated the issue for me except on TUES maintenance.

Happened to me just now on ps4. Said I was signed out of ps4 network.
