Like most people with glasses, I would choose the eye implants first.
Neck+spine+bone reinforcement can’t hurt either, then the main organs and skin implants (you never know when “bulletproof” and fireproof might come in handy), lastly the best netrunner implant I can afford (the invisible implants if there is money left).

Titanium Bones: Pretty future proof add-on. More or less better than normal bone and basically eliminates brittle bones with age.
