You’re doing fine. Just let it come together naturally as ideas present themselves. Don’t go out of your way to junk it up. First, make sure you’re comfortable and have access to all the tools you need.

What desk is that?
This is really nice, only thing I could think of is adding pictures on the wall or adding some cool sort of lighting somewhere, a floor lamp or rgb perhaps
Find some art that speaks to you and complements your setup. Your space has a very nature/earth theme to it with the dark green accent wall, plants, computer wallpaper and wood desk. Maybe find some engraved or carved wood pieces to hang on the wall?
Your desk could use a lamp too since it looks like you depend on overhead lights.
I like how simple it is. A shelf above the desk would look nice too, though. Maybe have some plants hang of it, or some art leaning on it.
Also: is that a bathtub runner on the desk?
More personality maybe, unless the blandness suits your or you’re comfortable with it, I’d recommend some shelves with some more plants or maybe just any sort of personalization. Lights also help, doesn’t have to be RGB as it doesn’t seem like you’re obsessed with it but just some nice orangish tint lights to help give a more rustic vibe or whatever 😎 overall, very clean setup and I love it!
