They will be adding penalties for using too many body mods. I think it’s at the cost of one’s overall health, which I think is a nice touch. It’s the closest thing we can get to cyberpsychosis.
While it’s a debuff, it’s a bit more realistic.

My best guess is a meter to find when there’s too much Cyberware, every piece has a different level of points and if you hit the red you get massive debuffs
