It would look good IMO if you sized them such that the gaps between each of the photos and the gaps between the outer photos and the edges of the desk were equal. So if you used the wall on the left and an imaginary line going up from the right hand edge of the desk, and then spaced the three photos out equally in that space:
| gap [P1] gap [P2] gap [P3] gap|
Hope that makes sense

Do you enjoy the light above the monitor? What does it do? Wouldn’t it make the screen harder to see
Clean setup! I put three of my landscape shots on the wall behind my monitors and they are 16×24 frames. I really like it. I initially thought about 16×20 frames, but it looks kinda square for my vertical shots and I had to crop the image which I didn’t like.
My setup looks very close to yours, except I have less space left and right of my monitor stand (my desk is not as large). Just wanted to say !
