Add a under desk hook for the headphones also I use a set of drawers on each side of the desk for the space things for the desk but really the only thing that need moving is the headphone the rest looks really clean
Oops also realized my 2nd photo didn’t post. Basically the same as the first one but I have added wrist rests & a desktop upright organizer thing on the right
