The glory days of CoD are over. Gaming is now a live service which is completely ironic for this yearly cycle series. I honestly don’t know if Microsoft acquiring Activision will change anything for the CoD Series.

Gaming being a “service” and not something we own anymore is quite the sham. We have the obvious winners like elden ring and baulders gate, why does every corporate agenda follow making as much money as possible when they already have billions upon billions of dollars
