    the eye color rules were always shaky so i doubt they’re going with that same logic in the current timeline

    BOCW’s zombies also had yellow eyes. While it is possible that Samantha Maxis may be in control of the zombies in MWIII (2023), the eye color is not necessarily an indicator of that being the case.

    Perhaps, but you’d think whatever Peck was up to 9 years after forsaken would somehow include Macis in some way. Could just be some contact, her freedom, or maybe full on corruption again. Maybe Peck got the old strike team out the Black Site and freed Maxis, or killed her, who knows? Hell, could still be the forsaken in control, it’s not entirely clear if he’s dead or not.
