Back in the early Xbox 360 days I think everyone I knew (including myself) would get 8 strikes per evening, easy.

Nowadays I only game and party chat with my close friends and all my message privacy is set so only they can send me messages.

I also love if you get caught cheating it’s only 1 strike but hurting someone’s feelings is up to 3. Makes sense with the soft world we live in.

Rather than blame Microsoft for having to implement this new system and say it isn’t good why not blame the actual people who are impacted? Meaning if you aren’t dick to people, and violate the terms of service you agreed to when signing up for Xbox live, there is literally no impact. People need to learn some self moderation, self control, and take accountability for their actions. Why blame Microsoft for you saying something racist, sexist, or worse? I’m not actually saying OP does these things but rather you as being the person impacted.
