Awe your movement is decent! if he would have stayed where he was when you rushed him from the door you would of got him i bet.
or if you had stayed near cover and shot him you prob woulda too? 
Sprinting and sliding when you could just shoot him 😀
That short tac sprint forward killed you, should have kept peeking the box or at least jumped to the side.
your mistake was not having sights up when behind pot/bush.
