   Probably a bug with revive pistol.if you picked 1 up and drop it there a chance you would get killed instead of downed

   Most likely an issue with the revive pistol, which supposedly was “fixed” in an update roughly *nine months ago* but which still consistently causes instant death when holding because of utter and absolute developer incompetence.

   Don’t ever pick up revive pistols, folks.
