Was wondering if anyone else on pc could help me better optimize my pc for better performance. Hardware is an i9-11900k, RTX 3080, 32gb RAM and 2TB NVME M.2 SSD. AI optimized my cpu through the UEFI and am running XMP2 and a pretty healthy GPU overclock through MSI Afterburner. In the system info it says my CPU is only running at 3.5ghz, is that normal?

How many ghz is your cpu supposed to get
It’s also likely your cpu is not being worked very much at all due to how unnecessarily high end it is compared to your gpu
