Get a mousmat, get a vivo monitor arm, that’ll make your setup look much cleaner, but already looks good wouldn’t change much
There are a few things though all in all this is a nice setup
Cable sleeve to group and hide the cables under the desk
Either get a big desk mat to replace the mouse pad or flip the mouse pad over and put some weight on it to get rid of the curling
Get a headphone holder that will hang off the edge of the desk to clear up desk space. When you do that you can also attach the charging cable underneath the desk to clean that up. Bonus points if you make some magnetic mount so you can keep the whole cord hidden under there while not in use.
Other than that maybe colour coordinate but I’m terrible at that so I cannot give any advice
