I get $300 to spend on Amazon for my WFH setup. This is what I currently have and I’m struggling to think of how to spend it. Everything must be work related so no rgb lights, headphone stands, etc. I know I need an adapter for about $20 so that brings it down to $280. Open to suggestions, the desk is already height adjustable and the chair is already good so I won’t need to replace those.

Could get a dock to tidy up those cables. I have a Dell D6000 for my m1 Mac. Works well and will drive a second monitor with display link if ever you wanted one.
Another option would be a nice thocky keyboard!
I would get a second monitor identical to the first one, smaller speakers, a standalone keyboard, an ergonomic mouse, and a mousepad
The two top things you should be spending money on here would be a standing desk and a ergonomic chair. A lot of people take for granted the nice office equipment we get from the actual office that allows you to work comfortably. Sitting in a crappy chair at poorly configured desk will take its toll, regardless if how fancy or neat you setup looks.
Get a monitor arm. It will allow you to lift your monitor above the height of the laptop screen.
A decent webcam so people aren’t looking up your nostrils when you’re on a call.
A microphone for calls.
I’ll recommend an ergonomic chair, monitor arm or wall mount, a USB C dock and monitor decouplers.

Your current setup looks very clean, but the one thing I don’t see in the picture is a chair.
How comfortable is your current chair?
If you know where to look you can get a decent chair for around that price, give or take a little bit.
I would buy a laptop stand, some speaker stands, and a white keyboard/mouse. I’d also work on the cable management. Maybe some fake desk plants would work as well.
1) Get a proper usb/thunderbolt dock for your mac that has onboard display output. (100 bucks or so)
2) Get a monitor mount. (50 bucks for something cheap)
3) find some cheap shelves and put your speakers on raised shelves that bring them to ear level rather than on your desk. You get back some desk real estate as well. (20 bucks)
4) A desk mat.
5) Cable management
6) A decent web cam on it’s own stand.
Stands for your studio monitors for sure! I’d recommend isoacoustic ones

Get rid of speakers. Get two monitor stands and another monitor. So it would he a dual monitor setup with a preferable laptop stand too so you can shift it in and out. You want it to be sleek and minomal with no distractions. Max 6 things on desk. Rn too much with the speakers.
Monitor arm and/or even a second monitor (some good ones in Amazon for like 200) and a laptop stand. It will help your laptop stay cool
