Hey, Richkiller here.
In this post I’m gonna discuss a completely new easter egg in Black ops 3, which are new codes for the Black ops 3 Safehouse Terminal Secret Menu. The Secret Menu and the related content has gathered the attention of the zombies community, and I will also point out some connections to zombies. This is going to be again one of those long posts that are well-worth the read.
The new codes [were found](https://www.reddit.com/r/blackops3/comments/12jfw4x/all_campaign_cheatcodes_have_been_discovered/) by u/jake-not-the-muss a few months ago but the word about them didn’t get very far and also seems the user didn’t notice and dive in the new parts of it as we are about to. Also thanks to [/u/coldstone\_the\_gamer](https://www.reddit.com/u/coldstone_the_gamer) for helping with the work here.

To open the Secret Menu you have to enter the safehouse’s computer, hover over the coalescence symbol that grants you access to Dead Ops Arcade 2. Then, you need to hold RT and then press X and Y (Xbox) or hold R2 and then press Square and Triangle (PlayStation). There are no equivalent keys that trigger it for keyboard and mouse, and so if you’re a PC player like myself you’ll have to plug in a controller or find creative ways to convince the game you have a controller (I guess they didn’t expect a PC player to put the word out for this easter egg haha)

The first code, and the main attraction of the post, is the code **TELLMEALL**. Imputing this code in the menu will unlock in the terminal’s wiki a tab named INDEX, which contains **every single page in the terminal**. Using this code grants access to **completely new pages**, and as of now it seems the only way to access them.

You can see the Index with all pages here. Below I’m gonna showcase the new pages and their new information:
[All pages in the Index](https://reddit.com/link/15lrmdp/video/6he9ott3iwgb1/player)
P.S. Note that whenever you want to access the INDEX you have to retype in the code TELLMEALL and it will stay accessible until you quit the app.
# Whispers iN Tartarus
It was known that you can find in the terminal a few pages from accounts associated with the hacking group [Druon](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Druon?so=search). The pages included discussion of conspiracy theories as well as the morse code page talking about the guy with the red scarf that has drawn the attention of the zombies community. The section there had accounts that were a part of the Black ops 3 teaser marketing, namely TheUnkownMan, Jaxiplanet, ThreadCount.
With the new code, pages to a new account can be accessed – Whispers iN Tartarus. This account has quite a few new pages about conspiracy of his own as well as new wiki pages. The account strongly praises [Raul Menendez](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Raul_Menendez?so=search) and uses many of his iconic quotes.
[New page revolving Raul Menendez](https://preview.redd.it/pcyn1ap2vvgb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=4e56ecf6b9e86cf195b138c3f0323846fd7e996c)

[New page revolving Raul Menendez #2](https://preview.redd.it/ivuz7w0pvvgb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=dc9eb6f0474769d01033800739f4ebd7aeb30874)

Here we can see that the account marks September 5th as a “new WORLDWIDE holiday”, in association with Raul Menendez’s birthday. This is not the first time this date appears in the terminal:It appears in the page of the Druon group with the known phrase “Seek out the man with the red scarf and tell him ‘the giant has risen’*”* as it says “[Please join us on::090501090603](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Druon#Morse_Code)” (remove the 0s to get the date 9/5/1963). It also appears in another leak from Druon proving NRC leader General Hakim (the dude you throw off the building in the mission Lotus Towers) took a bribe from the CDP into bank account numbered #090501090603.
Regarding Osiris (Egyptian lord of the dead and the afterlife) and the stars, they are seemingly about the stars of [Orion’s Belt](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orion%27s_Belt) as they point towards “[the star in the east](https://stellarhousepublishing.com/star-east-three-kings/)” when they align and signify Osiris’ birth. This concept is also related to the Nile river (as in the given link) which has a strong focus in the backstory of BO3 and is the [cause of the conflicts](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Nile_River_Coalition) we see during some missions.
I will not discuss thoroughly all pages here as you can see them for yourselves, but I will mention that this leads to pages about the Illuminati which is brought up repeatedly in the zombie story, as well as the account blaming the CIA for killing JFK (which in the Black Ops universe it’s somewhat true given Mason killed him, although it was rather a Soviet plot). Another page brings up a variation of [MJ-12](https://www.reddit.com/r/CODZombies/comments/11aqw2a/new_bo3bo1_easter_egg_found_the_conspiracy/) which has 13 members rather than 12.
I do want to discuss one more page which is about the conspiracy “Taos Hum”:

[Taos Hum Part #1](https://preview.redd.it/zcez1ayvuvgb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=f0c0065323383024e5bec2dfee9208407d047cfb)
[Taos Hum Part #2](https://preview.redd.it/qadt0xnxuvgb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=eca48ae5c53b3c18293d56599cded63ae0e6b930)
The pages brings up the Taus Hum, which is an unexplained sound a low percentageof the population hears at certain times. The new pages discuss the occurrence in New Mexico, and relate them to “secret underground UFO bases run by the Illuminati and mind control programs run by the CIA”.
The reason I bring this up is because this conspiracy is also discussed in relation to another conspiracy that is brought up in the zombies story which is [H.A.A.R.P](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-frequency_Active_Auroral_Research_Program)., as can be seen in the real wikipedia and [other sources](https://www.sporcle.com/blog/2017/05/what-is-the-taos-hum/), with the combined conspiracy that the Hum is coming from the HAARP station(s).
H.A.A.R.P. has made its first appearance in zombies in Shi no Numa [on a tiny note](https://blackopstiger.weebly.com/uploads/4/4/5/0/4450527/2603997_orig.jpg) in the map and is strongly speculated to be within in the zombies storyline in the map TranZit, given a [TEDD quote](https://www.callofdutyzombies.com/topic/149459-tranzit-takes-place-on-haarp-research-station/) that “confirms” we are in HAARP station, as well as that the speculations about HAARP revolve “weaponizing the weather” and “changing the earth’s polarization, magnetic poles” which happen in the map in the form of the avogadro and the the polarization device (AKA the EE tower).
Given that in the zombies story Tranzit’s is located by the side of Nuketown Zombies that is based on the Nuclear bomb Trinity test in \*New Mexico\*, this lines up with what is said in the wiki about the Taus Hum, as both have underground research areas revolving zombies material like UFOs and Illuminati (can read more about those connections to the story [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/CODZombies/comments/11aqw2a/new_bo3bo1_easter_egg_found_the_conspiracy/)).
There are more pages in that section that involve conspiracies and Menendez which youshould check out for yourself.
# John Taylor’s Logs:
The next new page is a collection of audio logs by John Taylor, talking about the real events that happened to him with Dylan Stone and Hendricks. Those quotes were found before in the files and although some were [discussed](https://youtu.be/GyQPQ3IA3xA?t=1685) before, they were believed to be cut content, until now.
Interestingly enough, the header of the page goes by: “Private Key accepted – Contents Decrypting”, suggesting the page can only accessed by inputting some code, as we did with the Secret Menu.
I would also like to point out that Log #004 uses the same acronym FUBAR that appears in [a radio from the map The Giant](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/The_Giant/Radios#Radio_10), which discusses Dempsey and the radioactive beacon.
Below are the video recordings of the new files and their respective transcript:
[Taylor’s new Audio Logs](https://reddit.com/link/15lrmdp/video/p5hbsyipmvgb1/player)
Log #001:
Looks like we found ourselves a new gig. We’ve been handpicked, me and
the rest of my team, to plus up a new unit: Black Ops. The new CEO is a cap. by
the name of Hendricks. Seems cool, easygoing and direct, I appreciate that.
We got two more weeks of specialist weapon training alongside advanced
tactical communication procedures. After that, assuming we make it, we’ll be
deployed by the end of the month. No one really wants to come out and say
it. Not Fierro, not Ramirez, not Conrad, not even Stone. But we all know
exactly what kind of ops we’ll be running: Wet Work.
Log #002:
Five years. Five years we’ve been doing this shit
and even now, we can still be surprised.
New assignment: The CIA run op. in Singapore.
Our liaison is Case Officer Rachel Kane. Right off the bat,
Hendricks starts voicing a suspicion of the suits,
how having them watch over you was a ticket to all kinds of trouble.
I laughed it off, made a joke. He snapped right out of it.
Maybe he’s just getting grumpier with age. Maybe he’s got a point.
Politics aside, neither one of us was thrilled at the idea of Singapore,
especially after what happened there. But here we are.
Log #003:
We met up with Kane inside the quarantine zone. We were under-briefed
despite the promises of a data package from the CIA. When we got to the
station, it was obvious it had been hit and hit hard. Place was ransacked, the
staff slaughtered. Local lowlife still scrabbling over whatever was left.
Once we secured the area, Kane steps up and tells us the real reason we’re
here. The staff were likely killed by some of our own. Traitors to the WA.
Hendricks? Refuses to believe it. Me? I’m not so sure.
Perpetrators knew exactly what to grab. Intel and our allies’ military
strengths and weaknesses, intel they’ve already started feeding to the CDP.
Either way, more Wet Work.
Log #004:
Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition. That was today.
The acronym doesn’t even come close to conveying just how FUBAR it actually was.
Station was raided by the local criminal faction, the 54 Immortals.
Along with all the other shit they took, we knew they had the station’s data drives
containing the security footage of the murders of the staff.
We walked right into their territory with a bullshit cover story from
Hendricks and a bunch of blackmarket military robots.
Didn’t take long before shit went south, and we were hightailing it out of there,
but not before we killed one of the Immortals’ leaders and maimed the other.
The data leaks kept coming, and when we got back to the safehouse,
the security footage still wasn’t enough to convince Hendricks.
Stone… his whole team… clear as day. Executing the station staff.
Hendricks is in denial. I guess the concept of betrayal just doesn’t
sit well with him. Part of me knows how he feels.
We fought alongside Stone’s team for five years.
Log #005:
The last few days have been difficult, to say the least.
In fact, it’s a major fucking understatement. Yesterday, we nearly
lost another one of our own. Should have been a cakewalk.
We knew Stone’s last mission had been to investigate a silent alarm
triggered beneath the Coalescence facility, ground zero for the Singapore
disaster. We followed in the team’s footsteps, hoping we’d find something
that made sense of their actions. With Hendricks ready to scream CIA-conspiracy…
and he got exactly what he wanted. Buried deep. Way deep.
We stumbled onto an illegal CIA black project. No doubt about it, this was
some ugly shit. Experiments, human experiments. Ramirez, our old
teammate from all those years… he was there, hacked into the systems…
spilling the beans. Hendricks did what he had to do. Then things got worse.
Log #006:
The Immortals showed up at Coalescence. Piss and vinegar and rain and fire.
We raced out of there like rats from a sinking ship but the damage was already done.
Ramirez leaked nearly everything he pulled from the black project.
Thanks to his act of treason, the entire world now knows that the CIA ran an
illegal human research project behind a corporate front. And not only that,
but he also released the locations of every CIA safehouse around the world,
including the one Kane was in. By the time we got there, the immortals had
already torn through the place. Kane was beat up bad, damaged.
Hendricks keeps telling me I can’t trust her, but I do.
Scars or no scars. Kane’s a survivor.
Log #007:
We arrived in Cairo to interrogate our mark. I think we just traded one bad
situation for another. When people start raising their voice when they don’t
have to, you know they’ve lost control. I don’t ever remember Hendricks
raising his voice as much in five years as he did today.
I’m not the only one who noticed. Kane took me aside to express her concerns.
She also told me the truth. *hmph* Another truth. Hendricks was right.
Stone’s team stumbled upon the black project and immediately threatened to go public.
CIA had no choice but to shut him down. Wet Work. Someone’s got to do it.
Kane and I both know he could become a liability. But with comms on emergency
protocols, we’re cut off from higher command. I hope he makes it. We need him.
Log #008:
Tracked our targets to Kebechet, the city lost to the sand.
After a throwdown involving everything but the fucking kitchen sink,
Alice Conrad told us everything. Everything she knew, anyway.
I don’t think she could really comprehend what was happening to her.
That it had come to this. She was confused, so she rambled, she denied any
part in the station murders. All she’d done was stick by her team leader, Stone.
She thought she’d done the right thing. Then, she stopped talking.
Regardless of right or wrong, I’m not sure if Hendricks has a stomach
for Wet Work anymore.
Log #009:
Even though they got their proverbial asses handed to him at Ramses, the
Egyptian army fought right alongside us, somehow believing that we could
help them fight back against their oppressors. In our pursuit of Stone, our
Egyptian allies just saw more casualties, more death. Stone escaped.
Extracted by the NRC forces, local proxies for the CDP.
Fierro was blanked, but not before I had to bring Hendricks back to fucking
reality. That situation I knew was coming. But the one with Kane, that was
something else. After filling both of my lungs with water and having what
can only be described as a full blown near death experience, Kane somehow
pulled me back from the brink. For a moment. A brief moment. She made me
think that there may be another way. A life we’ve been missing out on…
that maybe the future’s brighter with the two of us.
Log #010:
I don’t know who’s hurting worse, Me or Hendricks. Yes I do, it’s Me.
Job done. Mission accomplished. Stone? Stone is stone cold.
It was Hendricks. The moment he saw me lying there, torn up, he lost it.
It was like an explosion of anger. Any doubts he might have had about
Stone’s reasons just disappeared when he pulled the trigger. Me?
They’re gonna put me back together again. Looks like I found myself a new gig.
Log #011:
Kane’s Gone. I guess she didn’t like the person I’ve become.
Limb replacement and DNI procedure in place. Straight back to work.
The destabilization of the WA and the turmoil in Egypt just spilled
over into neighboring territories. We’re running a rescue op. with support
from Hendricks. He says it’s his last. I hope that’s not true.
Despite his doubts and all his unchecked emotions, he’s a good soldier
and a good man. I just hope his team of newbloods can learn from him.
Log #012:
Sometimes you do the right thing for the wrong reasons. Sometimes you do
the wrong thing for the right reasons. Whichever it was, Hendricks’ desire to
save everybody ended up leaving his entire team torn to pieces. They’ve
been earmarked for the expansion of the Black Cyber Ops program. I’m
going to oversee their recovery, rehabilitation, and DNI training personally.
Maybe through this technology we can change things. Maybe some of my
experience will rub off on them.
# Dr. Salim’s Logs:
The next new page is a collection of audio logs by Dr. Salim. While there are two known audio log catalogs named SP/CORVUS Data Archive 17/935 & 67/935 (which can be found [here](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/SP/CORVUS#SP/CORVUS_Data_Archive_17/935)), the new page is numbered 238 out of 935 (also note that the number here is a reference to Group 935).
The first half of the page contains quotes which are completely new. The second half contains the same quotes that you hear from Dr. Salim when you go inside the giant trees of the last mission, Life (can be found [here](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Yousef_Salim?so=search#Salim’s_Research)).
Below are the video recordings of the new files and their respective transcript:
[Dr. Salim’s new Audio Logs](https://reddit.com/link/15lrmdp/video/l75qe5ynovgb1/player)
Log #1:
The offer of a full-time position is tempting to say the least.
But it would mean relocating to Singapore.
The chance to work on such a project is… *phew*
quite frankly, the opportunity of a lifetime.
Log #2:
As of time grows nearer, I find that I’m feeling
considerably less guilty about my decision.
I’m not sure if this is because of or… in spite
of the chaos currently riddling my home country.
Log #3:
I’m deeply optimistic about this project’s potential.
Of course there is always the possibility
of something we haven’t accounted for.
The human consciousness is at its very core –
fundamentally unpredictable.
Log #4:
Despite my unfamiliarity with the larger goals,
the project’s director seems very satisfied
with our department’s progress.
Despite having only met in passing,
I’m sure Mr. Krueger’s influence will
play a key role in my future.
Log #5:
Today, I said something I regretted almost immediately.
I asked a question that I should not have asked.
A question about… the test subjects.
Who were they… before?
# Other menu codes:
There are 3 other menu codes that were found:
the code **WALKER** prints a log message in the bottom left when you get off the computer (however the date it prints appears to be quite wrong for both myself and Coldstone when we tried), which can be seen in the video below.
While at first glance this doesn’t seem to mean anything, this is actually a reference to the [T.Walker](https://callofduty.fandom.com/wiki/Twalker) page from the Black ops 1 terminal that contains material revolving the campaign and zombies, and which in itself is a reference to the Treyarch developer [Trevor Walker](https://www.mobygames.com/person/107973/trevor-walker/), and so it seems that the developer behind this Secret Menu has left his signature.

https://reddit.com/link/15lrmdp/video/esdruwatmvgb1/player
The other two new codes are useful for campaign players:
The code **CAMPFIRE** appears to unlocks all of the campaign missions and sets the highest mission the player reached to the last one, Life. This code reportedly does not work in offline mode however. The name might be a reference to the forest’s campfire in zombies menu.
The code **GOTITALL** seemingly unlocks all campaign missions, all Upgrades and Cybercore abilities, and all Collectibles. This reportedly will also unlock the achievement “Curator” to find all Collectibles in the campaign.
This makes the list of cheat codes to be: MANIFEST, WALKER, CAMPFIRE, GOTITALL, and TELLMEALL. In the game’s launch, there were also the removed codes DREAMLAND which would have unlocked the nightmares gamemode without needing to complete the campaign (now accessible from the main menu), and the code JACKWALL which would have unlocked a song to play in the terminal’s song list (named after the game’s composer Jack Wall).
# Epilogue
So that’s it for this post. I would like to thank again u/jake-not-the-muss and for finding the secret codes, and [/u/coldstone\_the\_gamer](https://www.reddit.com/u/coldstone_the_gamer) for helping with all of the work to make this post. You can check jake’s original post [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/blackops3/comments/12jfw4x/all_campaign_cheatcodes_have_been_discovered/) as it will be somewhat relevant for the next reveals I have on the pipeline…
Coldstone has also made a recording of him going through every page in the INDEX for you to see all of the pages, including the new ones I have not showcased. I uploaded it here in 3 parts (most of the new ones are in part 2): Part [(1)](https://youtu.be/atB2xogtyDI),[(2)](https://youtu.be/nXlcQoXLe28),[(3)](https://youtu.be/TVSotND2L2A)
I do wonder if there are alternative ways of accessing the pages we have seen here. If so then they are not known to the community. It also makes me wonder if there are further secrets in the terminal that were not solved, possibly not programed but hidden messages and so.
Originally I found jake’s post from a curious comment he made. He said that all of Taylor’s team – Taylor, Diaz, Sarah Hall, Maretti – are being referred to in the game’s code as Greek gods: [Prometheus](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prometheus), [Pallas](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pallas_(Titan)), [Theia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theia), [Hyperion](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperion_(Titan)). All of them are Titans, Giants. Druon Antigoon is a Giant. Tartarus is the deep abyss used as the prison for the Titans, a dungeon of suffering for the damned and the doomed. The Giant has Risen. Some even urgently say it’s in France.
Thanks for reading, and let me know what do you make of this in the comments.

TLDR: Words.
Crazy find tbh
Alright this is awesome. How much new story content would you estimate is in there?
Good find 👍
