Fucking A dude. You have a 4080. The game will 1000% be cpu throttled. It’s a game made on console and ported over to PC. As a result it’s poorly optimized.

You are playing at 1440p so the game will be mostly cpu bound if you want to use GPU youll need to up your graphics settings. Basically the 4080 is so powerful its not working hard at all 140 fps for your lows is really good as well
wicked_one_at
I wonder how your GPU goes that high, my 4070ti does half the FPS….
/edit: only ~3GB VRAM,… you playing on ultralow?
dinzyy
110fps on warzone with 4080? What settings? Updated drivers? Power saving power plan on? New “eco mode” switched on? There is so much.

Because you touch yourself at night.
Seriously, that benchmark is ass.
Download CPU-Z and GPU-Z. Play the actual game and look at them. Are either overloaded? Probably not. Are your frames hitting your monitors refresh rate? Probably. Set a cap to keep GPU power lower.
Either that, or you’re one of those people who have your monitor plugged into your motherboard.
jjsm00th
Considering it changes drastically with each update it’s probably because the game is shit or less likely your cpu sucks
Parabong
Should’ve gotten a 5800x3d-7800x3d easily get ur fps higher and smoother

Benchmark is ass but so is this games optimization. Most games won’t fully utilize your graphics card at 1440p. The 40x series is built mainly with 4k in mind. I play at 1080p and my old 2070 doesn’t even sweat with everything turned max yet I cap out at 100fps because the game is just a massive CPU hog. Nothing you can do outside of upgrading to the best cpu and even then you’re not gonna get amazing performance because the game is just inefficient with its code.

What’s your ram speed? I’m assuming its 3200 at least right? Might be worth checking if low ram speed is the issue since it seems like everyone has mentioned one thing or another with CPU or GPU
second_time_again
Just means your CPU is the bottleneck don’t focus on the percentages. I bet if you increased your graphics quality or moved to 4k you’d likely see this flip.
Nasty-Nate
Don’t put settings on lowest, crank them to max and see if there’s a difference. Shouldn’t be much, could even increase perhaps.
ConfusedAccountantTW
I think you can afford to turn up some settings
Marrked
It means nothing.
This has nothing to do with CPU and GPU usage. It’s just helping you identity bottlenecks in your system build.
Truth is you’re always going to have a bottleneck in one form or another.
AyKayAllDay47
You probably have trash RAM.
TheN64Shooter
*Hear me out*…there’s a small chance your GPU may be selected in your game’s settings as your processor, since I think most i9 CPUs have integrated graphics. Just change it to your 4080 instead, if that’s the case.
acchargers
Shocked nobody’s mentioned it but I would monitor your cpus temps while gaming, the 12900k runs like one hot mother fucker under load and if you don’t have adequate cooling it’s going to throttle itself. I would also make sure that xmp for your ram is turned on in the bios and may as well OC your gpu some since it’s relatively simple.
And tbh I haven’t played since November but I remember the games optimization being pretty rough.
