Looks like a good start. First things first, you have definitely gotta get the PC off the floor immediately. PC on the floor is a setup no no #1
The second thing I would do is move the monitors more over to the left, so that you can put your PC on the right side of the desk and also so the two stacked monitors are in the center, and the long monitor is towards the left.
I’d move the stream deck towards the center.
Or if you have another side table, you can put it towards the right side of the desk, and put the PC on there. From there, you could swap the monitor layout to be two on the bottom of the ultra wide on the top, or you could do it vice versa with the ultra wide on the bottom and the two monitors on top
