You just started ranked play so there will be no SR loss when you are starting out.
Usually when you get booted the first time in a day they don’t assess any penalties even though it says this.
There is no appeal process. Just par for the course.

That message goes out all the time, for no reason. Haven’t actually been penalized yet.
