    Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to do it on round 1. You need one time-travel teleport to obtain the keycard required to open the box containing the tablet. Then, you at least need to make the time-travel teleport available another time (by having shot the wisps and the teleporter pad is now purple) in order to be able to insert the keycard and grab the tablet. Since it isn’t possible to make the time-travel teleport available twice in one round, round 1 DE EE isn’t possible.
