You have a pc case with not so great airflow and then you also place it directly against the wall to block any air going into the 5 holes that it does have for fresh air intake. Its also under the desk, and the exhaust is then also blocked by the filing cabinet, all while heat can’t even escape from under there.
You need to move your case out of there, either ontop of the desk or next to it.

Looks good, but the one screen there on the side doesn’t quite line up – was this intentional?

My foot would smash right through the glass side panel by mistake if it was setup down there.
