Bigger tabletop so u have more leg room, i don like being cramped and limited with chair movement. Sorting out cables. Shelfs are also not a bad idea, monitor arms also 🙂
Cable management for one, mount the monitors on the wall, maybe a nice colorful mousepad?
Longer desk, small fridge maybe, fake plants to hang off the wall for a bit of different behind the setup

Nice setup 😊 i would add light and plants.
Light, maybe screenbar and or table lamp with good lighting.
Some plants that will flourish even with little light.
Getting the monitors up, either on arms or wall would make easier look at, i have the same speakers on my kids setup and ive hidden them behind the monitors.
