I have no idea what even happened. For context, I have all bo3 zombie gateworms and even the RK5. I was playing last night some gorod krovi just trying to complete the easter egg and we failed so we left and got off. I wake up today and find that all my gateworms are gone and I believe my level has been reset. TF HAS HAPPENED? Did I get hacked or something? (Important to note that I prestige last night idk if that has anything to do with it) I play on Series S btw idk if that will help. Any advice?

Did you happen to have performed a Fresh Start instead of entering a new prestige?
Sometimes it will disconnect my from online playing and switch to local thus I start at base level. Maybe try to see if you are set to online vs local
