Nah I still believe we were robbed by its absence. All it would have needed is a bit of tweaking and you easily remove any “brokenness” it could have, for instance just make it so you cant get ammo for wonder weapons from its pick ups.
And IMO the presence of gobblegums many of which are super OP, as well as the addition of Widows Wine which is also a pretty OP perk removes any argument for Vulture Aid being broken.
