You might start by finding a suitable cable management tray to affix to the trailing edge of the desk. That will likely obscure and clean up a majority of it: https://a.co/d/eJDyjWl

If it really is fire you’re worried about, route the power strips from separate outlets and avoid daisy chains.
If you want prettier…most of those cables don’t look like the kind that could be replaced by something wireless, so probably the easiest thing would be to cover it.
