Paint the room (black would likely make it cool), get a large rug to cover most of the floor for a consistent cozy mood, hang up some artwork (I like displate), some rgb lighting (pink and blue is a common one or even just a soft orange for making the mood more cozy), then take pictures with your systems on so it doesn’t look like an office cubicle after hours lol

I’d put some race posters ( in a frame of course ) and on the right wall an Ikea peg board. Maybe shelves? Look on Esty for some unique posters to suite your personality.
IMO, That rug is fuggly. Just get a chair floor mat and a cool smaller area rug.

I see a lot of inconsistency, for example, one side is rugged while the other side is hard wood floored. There doesn’t seem like a sense of unity here. In other words, looks like you’re trying to cram in more than what the room can handle. But really, if it works for you, it works. All that really matters is that you’re having fun gaming.

Looks very nice right now. Only thing I would do is add some wall art (movie/music/racing/etc posters or what ever you are into) and maybe some low maintenance house plants.

I like the rug – what size is the rug? And what size is your desk? I’m curious because I’m trying to make my setup a little cozier. Yours looks good tho – the embody is sweet! Throw a piece of art on the wall or one of those 3 piece canvas prints. Add some soft lighting to the room too
