Depressing mobile is the biggest. Surprising Xbox is the smallest. Would have guessed PC

  2. NotSure407

This means 69,500,000 mobile downloads by 10 years on their parents phone just sitting there unused. Another 500k split across the COD titles.

70 million is 70 million. This post is for the “this game is dead” people. The company could care less if more are playing Mobile/Xbox/PC/PS…all that equals revenue for the company and at the end of their day, that’s the main goal as a business, generate revenue

I don’t understand how mobile gaming is at all considered a platform , only children play mobile games instead of using a pc or console. And if you’re an adult that mobile games, stop it

How is mobile always the biggest in everything? I’ve played games my entire life but mobile games are just boring trash.

What’s really sad is how much more of a complete game cod mobile is. It has literally everything u can imagine. Full gun comparisons with numbers and graphs. End game summaries in battle Royale showing where u went and when u got kills. Zombies. Every weapon from every cod pretty much. Every single iconic multi player map. It’s crazy this is a mobile game. And soon it will have rebirth island lol

Welp As a Console user The Server fuckery, bug abusers or hackers 💀 not sure what’s worse but this game is horse shit to play and I hope 3000 self-centred liars are not needed to make the next 🪖

PC base being higher makes sense. PC gaming exploded during covid. Free cash was coming in so it was going to being spent on good parts to have a good PC. Shows the game is not 90% consoles and shouldn’t be giving absurd AA to controllers. Really wish we would see the AA decreased to the level of xDefiant tbh. Also with that many players, when can we get better servers??

From xclusiveace’s vid a few months back it was around mid 60mil mobile

So Steam charts do, in fact, matter when looking at the player base. This sub always told me Steam players were just a small fraction. I always laughed at them, so it’s nice having this data.

Except their active player base metric is heavily misrepresented. They claim 1 active user is anyone who plays 1 cod title. If that same person plays another cod title, they are considered a second active user. I’m sure Warzone, DMZ, and MW2 are considered 3 different titles in the eyes of Activision. Mobile is a 4th. Do the math.

It doesn’t even makes sense to cross mobile active user numbers with pc/console dau…. completely skews and misconstrued this information. Pretty typical news release for Activision….
