   it happened to me too. people stuck in the gulag. It’s an annoying bug.

   edit: in that game I was in the gulag. The redeployment had no effect on me. I stood there for 10 minutes before being released.
   at the end of the game, in that case only 2 people were left alive in the gulag and i think they won
