Aether shroud is better imo on the whole. Zombie health caps early enough that you can always kill, and bosses aren’t horrific. But being able to escape a tight spot is always useful. Plus it can give you a chance to do EE steps, but perks, grab prizes or generally move without being murdered instantly.

Ok the upgraded monkey bombs suck, yea I said it, after about round 40 they don’t kill anymore, just start making crawlers and then by the 50s they don’t even do damage anymore
