You could ask the same for th scar h, m27, ak47, tommy gun, uzi, minigun, ect. Why where those exclusive to certain maps. Maybe ballistic knife had issues interacting with electric cherry, agterlife, spoon, easter egg boss. Who knows
Probably because people could grief people in afterlife with it and make them waste it
They were already animated tho? Its probably because afterlife was already too OP of a revive mechanic they didn’t need to add another revival tool to that map.
