The UI isn’t perfect, but it has some really nice QoL features like the health bar and location indicator. The zombies community has always hated change, but bo4 released at a time when people were especially resistant to anything being different from what they were used to. There were always going to be people who would never have given it a chance because it wasn’t a direct copy/paste of the previous game. It’s a shame that so many people missed out on some of the best maps and EEs we’ve ever gotten just because their favorite fictional red soda wasn’t in the game. Dead of the Night and Ancient Evil are genuinely some of Blundell’s best works

The UI has it’s flaws but it isn’t that bad, especially compared to Cold War
