The entire game freezes constantly and looks like this. Running at lowest settings on RX-480. Have disabled texture streaming. Drivers up to date, GPU is not overheating. Any advice? Doesn’t happen on the firing range test map.

Make sure your drivers are up to date. in device manager as Windows 10 mostly auto update drivers from their own catalogue.
