From all the maps of BO4 this one was the one i was the most unfamiliar with and the only one with Tag in wich never attempted the EE and never really was spoiled on it. Again from Chaos, another INCREDIBLE easter egg quest and steps and boss fight. Also i love the PaP camos so much.
My ranking of Chaos would be :

– 1 Dead of the Night 20/20 (i can’t get enough, everytime i play it i want to do the easter eggs, the wonder weapon is absolutely busted and fun as hell and the boss fight is my favorite ever. Love the ambiance, the werewolves and nosferatus… i love every single thing in this map.)

– 2 Ancient Evil 19/20 (Near perfection, i mean actually no, it is perfect. I just like it a bit less than DotN, the boss fight is incredible, the map is stunning and the wonder weapons awesome aswell as their quests. If i had to choose one thing i’m not a big fan of it’s the mini boss zombie. I could go on and on about these maps but i’m trying to just get these things short and straight to the point)

– 3 IX 18/20 (Wonder weapon and the main quest steps are not as good as others but the map is so fun and cool, Gladiators are one of my favorites mini boss ever aswell as tigers)

– 4 Voyage of despair 17/20 (I still really love that map and loved the boss fight, wich is better than IX imo, also love the Kraken. But visually the art direction is less stunning than the other maps and the layout and flow of the map the worst of the 4)

I’ve never attempted any bo4 easter eggs. They all seem so so so ridiculously difficult and unattainable

Ridiculously difficult and unattainable is quite the exaggeration. I’ve completed these eggs countless times with no issues. Hate to scold bo3 but the steps and boss fights in bo4 are miles better. Pains me that the maps especially voyage of despair get such a bad reputation because of the “overly complexed” egg. I will say it truly puts a smile on my face when I see posts like this. Such a sublime and under appreciated game! Enjoy the rest of your ee journey!

I love ancient evil too, but that scepter and sundial lockdown 100 percent originated from hell itself just like the final staircase in heart of the reich veteran.
