Dont move directly forwards or backwards, strafe
Definitely need to work on movement. It’s honestly something you need to consistently work on. MP ranked helped a lot. Nice respond is correct though. Jump back instead of going directly backwards, strafe, hip fire as your going prone right before you ads. Be in a position where you can fall while ads’ing. Which is sort of what happened to you as the dude jumped down on you. Once you find the sweet spot sometimes the aim assist is too strong imo. Optimal controller settings will also help. A little drift in my right stick helps me, by little I mean just tiny bit of dragging. Tons of YouTube and TikTok videos to draw from.

Doesn’t look like you’re engaging your left stick.
All I see is the player keeps you at the center of their screen. I say you need to keep on working moving while keep your target at center.
