That looks like something burned, does it still work? Either way I would try to talk to IBUYPOWER and see if you can get a warranty.

Have fun contacting them and going through the whole process. I had an issue with my first build from cyberpowerPC. They kept my PC for a couple months just for it to have the same problem when I finally got it back. At which point I had done enough research to build my own, so I gave up dealing with them and fixed the problem myself.

Ibuypower should be called WeSellCrap

That’s absolutely a faulty card. Those wires are straight up melted. Something in that card was shorted for sure.
It doesn’t help when stuff like this comes from ibuypower but this seems like a faulty card that could have happened to anyone.
