I recently bought MW2019, I played for a bit last night and I finally understood why people are saying that MWII feels weird and sluggish. Yes, MW2019 is much faster – movement and guns feel different compared to the newer title. Also recoil is non-existent (at least visually), it’s much easier to shoot and be good even with a non-tuned weapon. Unlike in MWII, where you need to scientifically tune your weapons so you can have a quick ADS and little recoil. I am still having most of my guns on Level 1 in MW2019 but I can play kind of OK with most of them.
Yet I was amazed since I also played Caldera for about a month before buying the full game (I don’t know how I could, I was able to download and play it, without purchasing the game) . And Caldera felt way different, hence I didn’t understand why people are saying the first Warzone was much better, since in my opinion Caldera feels even slower than Warzone 2. Recoil also feels different, as I said above MW2019nfeels like there is no recoil on many weapons, yet in Caldera the same guns that I use on Multiplayer play like shit and jump around like crazy when I shoot.
Playing Multiplayer and then Caldera is kind of like playing two different games that just share the same skin. Is it me or the mechanics are different between the two? Was Verdansk also like that?
This “phenomenon” doesn’t exist in MWII, Multiplayer and Warzone 2 play exactly the same. Yet I definitely feel something is off when I play a MW2019 multiplayer match and then Caldera back to back.
