Ive got my Signal 50.cal with explosive ammo and have been trying every time to get a 1 shot to the head yet even when it looks like i do hit it its NEVER a headshot.
Am i doing something wrong?

Are you allowing for the bullet drop using explosive rounds?

Only bolt action snipers are 1 shot. Mcpr, fjx and victus

Also there’s more bullet drop now, so if the target Is far aim a litle bit higher

Whether the Signal is 1-shot or not, you’re not adjusting your aim for bullet drop at all. Need to aim a smidge higher.
